Race Regulations

The race will be conducted in accordance with Welsh Athletics rules. Participants must be at least 15 years old on race day. Headphones or similar audio devices (unless medically necessary) are not allowed during the race.

How to Register

Due to the increasing popularity of the Tenby 10k, entries this year will be capped at 1000 participants. No entries will be accepted on race day!

All registrations must be completed online. Entry will close on Sunday, 27th September, or sooner if we hit the participant limit. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.

There is no registration after the closing date or on the day of the event.

Cancellations

If you’ve signed up but can no longer participate, please let us know by emailing us as soon as possible. It’s really helpful if you inform us ahead of time, as we often have a waiting list of eager runners.

Please note: As this event raises vital funds for a local charity, we’re unable to offer refunds. Your entry fee goes directly toward supporting this important cause. Deferrals to the following year are possible, but only before Sunday, 27th September. After this date, no refunds or deferrals are possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Race Packs

Race packs will be provided which include your race number, timing chip and key race day information.

We’ll begin mailing race packs during September. If you haven’t received yours at least a week before the event, contact us at enquiries@waterfrontcommunityrunners.co.uk.

Everything you need will be sent in advance, there is no need to collect anything on the day.

Timing Chips

Timing chips are attached to the back of your race number bib, which reduces the chance of misplacing them. Please make sure to wear the bib on the front of your running top and keep it clearly visible at all times. There is a charge for forgotten, lost and other replacement numbers. Contact us at enquiries@waterfrontcommunityrunners.co.uk for more information.

Headphone Policy

The use of headphones or similar devices is not allowed. Anyone found wearing them will be disqualified.
